1. General Policy
Donations made to Nuheal Seva Trust are generally non-refundable, as they are used to support charitable and welfare activities.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate or multiple transactions for the same donation
- Technical or processing errors
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Time

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- If a donation receipt or tax acknowledgment has already been issued, refund approval will be at the Trust’s discretion
5. Right to Refuse
Nuheal Seva Trust reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria stated above.
